current event #4(toys ‘R’ us)
The toys ‘r’ us was going to give a shopping spree for the firts new born baby of the new year. Well the first new born baby of the new year was from a chinese mother but she had lived in america for along time. In order to get the shopping spree you had to be an american . This lady was not really an american but everyone in china was getting very mad so they had to give it to her so that they wouldnt loose buissness at there toys’r'us store in China. Do you think that they should have gave her the money?!?!

Bushes new plan for Iraq
I think we should send more troops to Iraq and win it so that it can all just be over but i dont think we need to send that many. I mean really 21,500 people is an outragous number to send over there!! Maybe half of that but not that many people need to go. I do think that we need to keep the troops over there so that we can win it and get it over with . I think if we do pull out right now then they might plan more terrorist atacks or somthing worse! Tell me what you think about Bushes new plan!

CURRENT EVENT #3
The research in this article shows that penguins are really not afraid of humans and will come onto land looking for food! A penguin got 8 feet away from a scientist and persanoly i think it is way to close! It might be ok for them to get close to a scientist but if it gets to close to a person who thinks it might harm them they might kill it !! If that starts happaning then they might go extinct! Personally I think that we need to think of something to keep the penguins away from humans just to make shure they are safe!
* CHEER COMPETITION *
cheer competition is coming up in less than 4 days!! It is on the 28th & 29th of December!!! Some of our cheerleaders from our school put together a squade and we are going to NCA nationals at the Dallas convention center!! We have worked so hard the past to months and we would love to win jackets!! Hopefully we will win and ill let you know as soon as i get a chance after compotion if we win!!

Should cell phones be allowed to be on during school!
I think you could use your cell phone during school because it is just the same as going to the office and using the phone there. You might also have a problem and dont wont every one to here what you are telling your parents or however you are talking to! I do think that you phone should have to be on vibrate or silent though so it dosent go off during class because that could be destracting but you should be able to talk on them between classes and at lunch.Please tell me what you think about the cell phones at school! 
Family Christmas Traditions
My family always gets up around 7 in the morning to see what Santa Clause brought us and then open presents and then we go to my grandmas house around 8. With the rest of my family like my Cousins and aunts and uncles. Then around lunch we open presents and eat when all 30 of our family members meets and we opens presents from who ever drew you name at Thanksgiving. We have been doing it ever since i can remember. Help me out and tell me your family Christmas Tradition and how long you have doing it.

HIV Tests Become Part of Regular Check-ups
According to HIV test in check-ups the test could prevent people from spreading it and could have treatment to prevent it .I chose this current event because I think it could affect our town. If we do have this test regularly at check-ups it could prevent people in our town and other places from getting it. Even if they do have it maybe they could catch it in time and then you can prevent it from getting worse. By doing this I think that people could live longer. It also is not a test that they have to take your blood so it’s not painful. All they do is swab the inside of your mouth and then send it to the labs. It is simple test and could help the people that have HIV to live longer. I think this could gradually prevent HIV from happening.
Do you think cheerleading is a sport?!
Tell me you think cheerleading is a sport or not because i think it is! It is just as dangerous as any other sport adn maybe even more! There for i dont see why people dont think its a sports!Please leave me a comment if you think cheerleading is a sport or isnt and why!! Just to maybe change your thinking on the topic if you dont think it is a sport there is also a ton of cheerleading organizations like cheerpower and NCA (where our jr. high cheer squade will be going for nationals the 28 & 29th of December)!!
